AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE OFFICERS OF THE
CITY COURT OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
6688, THE SAME BEING SECTION 2-908 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, 1960, AS AMENDED AND REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL ORDI-
NANCE AND SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 6688, the same being
Section 2-908 of the Code of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1960, as
amended is hereby further amended to read as follows:
2-908 That the salaries of the officers of the City
Court of Salina, effective as of January 1, 1965, shall be as
follows:
(a) Judge of the City Court, $600.00 per month.
(b) Clerk of the City Court, $410.00 per month.
(c) Marshal of the City Court, $410.00 per month.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 6688, the same being
Section 2-908 of the Code of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1960,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its adoption and publication in the
official city newspaper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas, and signed by the Mayor this A day of January, 1965.
