6828 Annexationi CONSOLIDATED -SALIVA �l 1 ORDINANCE NUMBERy� (Published in The Salina Journal J p+j'C 1964) AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land within the corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas. WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the inclusion of certain land in The City of Salina, Kansas, have come to pass, and 'SO NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That platted lots of land so situated that the boundary lies upon or touches the boundary line of the existing corporate limits of the City of Salina, Kansas described as follows: 97-1 Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 7, Block 3, in the Mayfair Addition to the City of Salina. 97-2 Thence Southwesterly and South along the west line of Shailmar Drive to the intersection of Marlow Drive. 97-3 Thence along the west line of Marlow Drive, and said line extended, to a point 200 feet South of the Center- line of Magnolia Road. 97-4 Thence West to a point 200 feet east of the west line of Sec. 31. 97-5 Thence North, on a line 200 feet east of and parallel to the west line of Sec. 31 and Sec. 30, said line being also the centerline of Ohio Street, to a point 310 feet South of the North line of the SW;, Sec. 30. 97-6 Thence East, parallel to said North line, to the point of beginning. All of which contains 2.9 Acres more of less. be and the same is hereby included within the City Limits of Salina, Kansas. Section 2.
