BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. An unused portion of Grand Boulevard in Chicago Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows: A part of the southwest quarter of Section Eleven (11), Township 14 South, Range 3 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, commencing for the same at the northeast corner of said quarter section running thence south along the east line of said quarter section 892 feet to the right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence southwestwardly along the north line of said right-of-way 1515 feet to the center of Dry Creek; thence M the right at an angle of 95 degrees, more or less, and along the center of Dry Creek at a bearing of N.'280 45' W a distance of 30.11 feet; thence N 560 15' E a distance of 34.36 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 230 45' W a distance of 115.0 feet; thence N 180 15' E a distance of 160.0 feet; thence N 340 15' E a- .distance of 67.14 feee to a point of intersection of original Dry Creek as originally described on said page 37 of -Plat Book 1; thence N 730 30' E, along the center of original Dry Creek, a distance of 275.7 feet; thence N 300 00' E, along the center of original Dry Creek a distance of 51.7 feet, more or less, to the west right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 81; thence S 110 08' E, along the west line of said highway right-of-way line, a distance of 60.47 fMet to the north line of Block 10, Chicago Addition, as or±g`­`Aly platted; thence S710 34' W, along ; the north line of 3lock 10, a distance of 278.81 feet; thence , S 250 25' W, along the northwest line of said Block 10, a distance of 190 feet; thence S 430 46' E, along the southwest line of said Block 10, a distance of 100 feet; thence S 560 15' W a distance of 80.0 feet to the point of beginning, and containing 0.59 acres, more or lass.
