AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of a certain alley within the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. A Fifteen foot East and West alley abutting Lots 33, 35, 37, and 39 on
Russell Avenue and Lots 34, 36, 38, and 40 on Cloud Street all in the Addition to the Ground
of Kansas Wesleyan University Addition, between Cloud Street and Russell Avenue and from
the west line of Quincy Street approximately 200 feet west, be and it is hereby vacated,
provided however that the City reserves the right to construct, repair and maintain sewers, I
water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas lines and other utility lines in said elley.
Section 2. That the alley hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacent property owners
in accordance with G. S. 1961, Supp. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
