AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement located in Block Nine in the
Replat of Faith Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of the easement as shown on the recorded plat of the Replat
of Faith Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
The East Seven (7) feet of Lot six (6) and the West Seven (7)
feet of Lot Seven (7) in Block Nine (9) in the Replat of Faith
Addition in the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
publication in the official city newspaper.
