RESOLUTION NUMBER 94-4749
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER ONE BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS AND CAMP, DRESSER & McKEE, INC. FOR ADDITIONAL ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR THE MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE LANDFILL LEACHATE SYSTEM
IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND, SEVEN HUNDRED
NINETY DOLLARS ($26,790). j
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement Number One between the City of Salina, Kansas and
Camp, Dresser & McKee, Inc. for additional engineering services, for the
design and construction engineering services on the Municipal Solid Waste
Landfill Leachate System in an amount not to exceed twenty-six thousand,
V seven hundred ninety dollars ($26,790) .
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
13th day of June 1994.
