EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE BETWEEN THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS AND ERNEST LEE KELLY, A/K/A ERNEST L. KELLY FOR
THE PURCHASE OF THE NORTH HALF OF LOT SEVEN (7) ON FIFTH STREET,
HOLLAND'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS
(437 SOUTH FIFTH STREET) FOR THE SUM OF TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS ($29,500).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1.
That
the Director
of Utilities is
hereby
authorized to
execute a contract for
sale
of real estate
between the
City of
Salina, Kansas
and Ernest Lee Kelly,
a/k/a
Ernest
L. Kelly for the purchase of the north half
of Lot Seven (7) on
Fifth
Street,
Holland's Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas
(437
South
Fifth Street) for the sum of twenty-nine
thousand five hundred dollars ($29,500).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
6th day of June, 1994.
