NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING TO BE HELD VIA ZOOM
OF THE BOARD OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE
KANSAS INDEPENDENT COLLEGE FINANCE AUTHORITY
You are hereby notified that the Annual Meeting of the Board of Representatives of the
Kansas Independent College Finance Authority (the "Authority")will be held via a Zoom call on
Friday April 12, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., or immediately following the Annual Meeting of the
Members of the Authority, to consider and act upon the election of officers for the Board of
Representatives of the Authority and such other matters as may properly come before the
meeting.
This Notice is being mailed to each Representative of the Board of Representatives of the
Authority and to the Notice Representative (city clerk) of each Member city.
Pursuant to the Authority's by-laws, each Member city may be represented at the Annual
Meeting by the President of the college located within the Member city and a Member city need
not attend the Annual Meeting or take any action with respect thereto.
