A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND BUCHER, WILLIS
& RATLIFF FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING AND
CONSULTING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH AN ADDITION AND INTERIOR
MODIFICATIONS TO THE GENERAL SERVICES BUILDING AT 412 EAST ASH,
SALINA, KANSAS IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-TWO THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-TWO DOLLARS ($22,252).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Bucher, Willis & Ratliff for
professional architectural, engineering and consulting services in connection
with an addition and interior modifications to the General Services building at
412 East Ash, Salina, Kansas in an amount not to exceed twenty-two thousand
two hundred fifty-two dollars ($22,252).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
23rd day of May, 1994.
