I, John A.Banker, of the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, being
and disposing
of full age and soundAmind and memory, and being desirous of settling my
worldly affairs while I have the strength and oaPaoity so to do, do make
and publish this, my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former
' wills by me at any time made.
First: I desire that my body be decently buried, and that my
funeral be conducted in a manner' corresponding to my Estate and situation
in life.
Second: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon as conveniently may be
after my decease.
Item. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Susan A..
Banker, all of zmj property, real, personal and mixed of whatever nature
and kind soever, and,wnerever the same shall be at the time of my death,
as her sole and absolute property.
I nominate, constitute and appoint my said wife, Susan A.Banker, to
be the Executrix of this, my last will and testament, and it is my special

request that she be not required to give Bond pr return any ap_praisement
of my personal estate.
In witness whereof, I, John A.Banker, the testator, have to this, my
last will and testament, written' one one sheet of paper, set my hand, this
