CENTER ON WEEKDAYS DURING THE SUMMER OF 1994, WITHOUT CHARGE.

BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
facility use agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Martin Luther
J King, Jr. Child Care Association for use of Carver Center on weekdays during
the summer of 1994, without charge.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
23rd day of May, 1994.
