RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SCOREBOARD AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND
UMB NATIONAL BANK OF AMERICA, TONY'S PIZZA, PHILIPS LIGHTING,
MCDONALD'S AND BEAR PROMOTIONS AND MID -AMERICA AWARDS PROVIDING
FOR THE PURCHASE OF ADVERTISING ON SCOREBOARDS AT BILL BURKE
PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
scoreboard agreements between the City of Salina, Kansas and:
1. UMB National Bank of America
2. Tony's Pizza
3. Philips Lighting
4. McDonald's
5. Bear Promotions and Mid-America Awards
to provide for the purchase of advertising on scoreboards at Bill Burke Park.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
9th day of May, 1994.
