A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN j
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND WILSON &
COMPANY, ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS, TO PROVIDE THE DESIGN OF SLUDGE
FACILITIES AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN AN AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS
($103,200).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
— Kansas
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement between the City of Salina, Kansas and Wilson & Company, Engineers
& Architects, to provide the design of sludge facilities at the Wastewater
Treatment Plant in an amount not to exceed one hundred three thousand two
hundred dollars ($103,200).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
2nd day of May, 1994.
