94-4788 Vacate Austin SubdivisionRESOLUTION NUMBER A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VACATION OF THE FRONT 10 FEET OF THE 20 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ON LOTS 5, 4, 3, 2 AND 1, BLOCK 4, AND LOTS 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 AND 1, BLOCK 3, AUSTIN SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS. WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk by Darvin Dent, petitioner, requesting the vacation of the front 10 feet of the 20 foot utility easement located on Lots 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, Block 4, and Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, Block 3, Austin Subdivision, Phase II, to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, SO NOW, THEREFORE be presented to the Kansas: BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for the vacation of the front 10 feet of the 20 foot utility easement located on Lots 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, Block 4, and Lots 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1, Block 3, Austin Subdivision, Phase II to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and stating that the petition will be presented to the Governing Body of the City for a hearing on September 12, 1994, and that at such time and place all persons interested can appear and be heard under the petition. Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
