AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement located in Block 11 in the
Replat of Garden Homes Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat of Garden Home
Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly described as
follows:
A Utility easement serving Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, in Block 11,
in the Replat of Garden Homes Addition.
be and the same is hereby vacated, provided however, the City reserves the right to repair
and maintain sewers and other utilities in said easement.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication once in the official city newspaper.
