iAN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement located in Block Six in
MorWngside Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of the easement as shown on the recorded plat of the
Mo4ngside Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
A parcel of land located in part of Lots 4 and 5
Block 6, Morningside Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 15 feet west and 5 feet north of
the east line of said Lot 4;
Thence North and parallel to said East line a distance
of 80 feet;
Thence East a distance of 45 feet;
Thence Southwesterly to a point 20 feet East of the
West.line of said Lot 5;
Thence West 35 feet;
Thence South to a point 25 feet North of the South
line of said Lot 4;
Thence Southwesterly to the point of beginning.
be and the same are hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
publication in the official city newspaper.
