Section 1. That Section 12-101 of The Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, is hereby amended to read as follows:
12-101. Incorporation of Standard Fire .Prevention
Code by Reference. The "Fire Prevention Code", Edition
of 1965, recommended and published by the National Board
of Fire Underwriters, 85 John Street, PJew York 38, New
York; 222 .est Adams Street, Chicago 6, Illinois; 465
California Street, San Francisco 4, California, and the
whole thereof, save and except such sections, articles,
chapters, parts or portions as are omitted or deleted
ani subject to such chamTes and additions as shall be
fully stated hereinafter, is here'Dv incorporated in this
code by reference the samee as -if the same had been here-
in fully set out, all as authorized by K.S.A. 12-3009

refer to the Fire Prevention Code hereby incorporated
by reference, and where the 'Code of Salina' is referred

this code, it shall refer to the City Attornev of Salina..
Section 2. 12-101 of the Code of the City of Salina, ?ansas,
1960, is hereby repealed.

force from and after its adoption and publication in the official
city paper.
