Section 1. That Section 8-510 of the Code of the City of
Salina, Kansas, 1960, is amended to read as follows:
8-510. National Electrical Code Incorporated by
Reference. The installation of electrical wiring; and
anp_aratus for the utilization of electric c,.irrent shall
be made in accordance with the 1965 edition of. the
1lational Electrical Code published by the IlI i_on, 1 Board
of Fire Underwriters, the same also published by the
National Fire Prevention Association. Said 1965 edition
of the National Electrical Code and the errata sheet,
published by the National Fire Protection Association
or as published by the :National Board of Fire Underwri-
ters is incorporated herein by reference and is made a
Part of this article.
Section 2. Section 8-510 of the Code of the City of Salina,
Kansas, 1960, is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city
paper.
Adopted by the Governing I3odv of the City of Saline, Kansas,
and approved by the 'favor this 0_t day of June,-- 1966.
