ORDINANCE NO.�
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND PROVIDING FOR THE REVISION
AND CODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
SALINA, KANSAS, AND OF THE PUBLICATION OF SAID REVISION AND
CODIFICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That a revision and codification of the general ordinances
of the City of Salina, Kansas, together with appendices containing certain
special ordinances, is hereby ordered and authorized as provided by law.
The preparation of said revision and codification of the general ordinances
and said appendices shall be done by Municipal Code Corporation of
Tallahassee, Florida, under the direction and supervision of Mr. L. O.

Bengtson, City Attorney, as provided by contract. When completed, the
said revision and codification and appendices shall be published in loose-
leaf book form of which not less than fifty (50) copies shall be published.
Such revision and codification shall be entitled the "Salina Code" and shall
be authenticated by certification of the City Clerk.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication in the official city paper.
