AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of a certain alley within the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a North and South Alley from the south line of North Street to the
Smoky Hill River and abutting Lot 6 and 7, in Surveyor's Plat "G" in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the Alley hereby vacated shall revert to the adjoining land as provide
by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
