A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR
VACATION OF 10' UTILITY EASEMENT ON THE LOTS 11, 12 AND 23, REPLAT
OF LOTS 2, 3, 4 AND 5, MOUNT BARBARA PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk
by Charles G. Grimwood, petitioner, requesting the vacation of the 10' utility
easement located on Lots 11, 12 and 23, Replat of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Mount
Barbara Park Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, SO NOW,
THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
the vacation of the 10' utility easement located on Lots 11, 12, and 23, Replat
of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5, Mount Barbara Park Addition to the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, and stating that the petition will be presented to the
Governing Body of the City for a hearing on August 15, 1994, and that at such
time and place all persons interested can appear and be heard under the
petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
1st day of August, 1994.
