AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF SPRUCE STREET IN THE CITY
OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That the cul-de-sac in Spruce Street located be-
tween Chicago Street and Clark Street in Holiday Addition, as
shown on the recorded plat thereof, be and the same is hereby
vacated.
Section 2. That the portion of the street hereby vacated
shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official
city paper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and approved by the Mayor this day of August, 1967.
