ORDINANCE N0. QPM
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A
CERTAIN ALLEY WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That the South Four hundred Seventv-five Feet
of the North and South Alley located first east of Fifth Street
between Iron Avenue and Ash Street, in the Original Town of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the City hereby reserves rights -of -ways and
easements therein for public service facilities originally held
in said alley.
Section 3. That the portion of the alley vacated hereby
shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with
K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication once in the
official city newspaper.
Adopted by the Governing, Body of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and approved by the Mayor this � day of August, 1967.
