OF THE SALINA CODE AND REVEALING SAID ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAI14ED BY THE GOVEPyNING 30DY OF T11E CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That Sec. 9-18 of the Salina Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
Sec. 9-18 Ado -)ted.
There is herebv adopted by reference by the city
for the purpose of establishin7' rules and regulations
for the construction., alteration, removal, demolition_,
equipment and use and occupancy, location and mainter,
ance of buildin7s and structures, including hermits and
penalties, that certain buildin7 code known as the
Uniform Building Ccde, recommended and nublished b,:7 the
International Conference ^f 3uildiny, Cffici.als, beim-
parti.cularlY the 1967 edition_ thereof, (excludi n;7 the

are hereafter deleted, modified or amended, of which
not less than three (3) conies have been and now are
filed in the office of the Citv Clerk and the name are

Section_ 2. That Sec. 9-18 of the Salina Code is herebv re-
pealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be In force

paper.
