AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SEC. 9-290 OF THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That Sec. 9-290 of the Salina Code be and the
same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city
paper.
Adopted by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas,
and approved by the Mayor this day of June, 1967.
