ORDINANCE NUMBER

AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement located in Block 4, in the
Replat of Moose Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat of Moose
Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly described as
follows:
All of the part of that certain utility easement traversing
Block 4 in the Replat of Moose Addition, Salina, Kansas, lying
South of a line extended East from the Southwesterly corner of
Lot 16, Block 4 in the Replat of Moose Addition to the City of
Salina and in the South 335.2 feet of the West 310 feet of said
Block 4.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication once in the official city newspaper.
