.AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of Neal Avenue in Key Acres Addition to the City of
';Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
:BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commisslonrs of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Neal Avenue shown on the recorded plat of Key Acres Addition, an addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly described as follows:
Neal Avenue, from the 'intersection of Allen Street West to the
intersection of Market Place extended in a Southerly direction as
recorded in Key Acres Addition Plat.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
publication once in the official city paper.
