AN ORDINANCE for the vacation of a certain street within the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. A portion of Eighth Street, in Original Town in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
Eighth Street, beginning at the North line of Ash Street to the
South line of Elm Street,
be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That the street hereby vacated shall revert to the adjacent property
owners in accordance with K. S. A. 13-443.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
