KANSAS:
Section. 1. That Section 9-307(2) of the Salina Code is
hereby anended to read as follows:
Section 9-307(2). All tubin,T connectors shall
meet the followins, requirements:
(a). The method of' attachinF, such connecters
to the iTas piping shall not depend upon separate
ferrules, washers, 7askets or other detachable harts.
(b). The overall len;7th shall not exceed four
(1�) feet except as provided in Section 9-307(1) (b).
(c). No mart shall be concealed within or ex-
tended through any wall, floor or parti.t.cn.
Section 2. That Section 9-307(2) of the Salina Code is here-
by repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption and publication in the official city
paper,
adopted by the Governir.c 3ody of t':ze C:it�7 of Salina, I:ansas,
and approved by the Flavor this day of � anuar�:�, 1967.
