A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION AND/OR
REMOVAL OF TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That in accordance with the provisions of Article 20,
Chapter S of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, the City Manager is directed to
install and/or remove the following traffic control devices in the City of
Salina, Kansas:
1. Stop sign installed on Huntington Road at Magnolia for
southbound traffic.
2. Stop sign installed on Austin Circle at Cloud for southbound
traffic.
3. Stop sign installed on Ray Avenue at Schilling for southbound
traffic.
4. Stop sign installed on Tulane at Otto for southbound traffic.
5. Stop sign installed on Tulane at Yale for northbound and
southbound traffic.
6. Stop sign installed on Washington at 12th for eastbound and
westbound traffic.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
17th day of October, 1994.
