AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE EXAMINATION AND LICENSE FEE FOR TAXI CAB DRIVERS; AMENDING
SECTION 34-89 of THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING THE ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
j Section 1. That Section 34-89 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read as

follows:
''Section34-89. Examination and License Fee.
Each application for a license hereunder shall be accompanied
by the payment of an examination and license fee of Five Dollars ($5.00)
and in the event the applicant is refused a license such fee shall be
returned to the applicant by the City.''
Section 2. That Section 34-89 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
