AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a certain easement located in Block 9 in the
Replat of Blocks Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) of the Replat of Lots One (1) to Fifteen
(15), inclusive, Garden Home Addition to the City of Salina, Saline Coulnty, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an easement shown on the recorded plat of the Replat of Blocks
Four (4), Five (5), and Six (6) of the Replat of Lots One (1) to Fifteen (15), inclusive,
Garden Home Addition, an addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and more particularly
described as follows:
All of that certain utility easement serving Lots 1 to 18,
inclusive, in Block 9, Replat of Blocks Four (4), Five (5),
and Six (6) of the Replat of Lots One (1) to Fifteen (15),
inclusive, Garden Home Addition
be and the same is hereby vacated, provided however, the City reserves the right to repair
and maintain the sanitary sewer in said easement.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
