AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of Idlewilde Placejand Roosevelt Street
within the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That a portion of Idlewilde Place, a public stree� in the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All of that part of Idlewilde Place which lies north
of a line which is Thirty-five (35) feet south of the
north lines of Lots Four (4) and Thirteen (13) in
Idlewilde Garden to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That a portion of Roosevelt Street, a public street in the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas, described as follows:
All of that part of Roosevelt Street which lies south
of a line which is Thirty-five (35) feet north of the
south line of Lot Four (4) Idlewilde Gardens to the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
be and the same is hereby vacated; provided, however, the City reserves the right to
construct, repair and maintain sewers, water lines, electric lines, telegraph lines, gas
lines and other utility lines in said street.
Section 3. That the above named portions of the streets which are vacated by
this ordinance shall revert to the adjacent property owners in accordance with K.S.A. 13-443.
Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from �nd after its adoption
and publication in the official city paper.
