AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH
THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 1967 Supp. 12-521.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansa':
j Section 1. That the following described land to -wit:
All of Ridgeview Addition, Saline County, Kansas, the same being a
part of the Southeast Quarter (SES',) of the Northeast Quarter (NEO
of Section Nineteen (19), Township Fourteen (14), Range Two (2)
jWest of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas.

is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of Salina pursuant to an Order of the Board

of County Commissioners of Saline County, Kansas, made on the 26th day of February, 1968,
and in conformity with K.S.A. 1967 Supp. 12-521.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its

publication in the official newspaper.
