AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Zoning Ordinanc Number 6613 and
the Zoning District Map therein and thereby adopted and pro iding for the
rezoning of certain property within the City and prescribin_ the proper uses
thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the oning District
Map, the rezoning of certain land therein, hereinafter desc ibed has been
timely complied with, and SO NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City oflSalina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "G". HEAVY INDUSTRY DISTRICT. That
the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas, hereto duly adopted
and published as a part of Ordinance Number 6613, be and itlis hereby amended
so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
All of that part of the South , of the West %Z of the
Northwest Quarter of Section 36, Township 13, Range 3
West described as: Commencing at a point 633.4 feet
east of the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter
of said Section on the south line of said quarter.;
thence due north 315 feet; thence due east 66.6 feet;
thence due south 315 feet; thence due west 66.6 f'et
to the place of beginning, all in the City of Salna,
Saline County, Kansas to District "G".
shall become a part of District "G" HEAVY INDUSTRY DISTRICT. That the use
of said described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restriction
and limitations as made and provided for in said Ordinance Dumber 6613 with
reference to the Heavy Industry District, as aforesaid.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full forceland effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the officiall,city paper.
