AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE VACATION OF DEWEY STREET LOCATED IN WHITE ACRES,
SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That Dewey Street from the west side of its intersection with Roosevelt
Street to the west line of Lot one (1), extended north, of White Acres,'a subdivision of
Tracts Three (3) and Five (5), of Thomas White Farm, being a part of Section Seven (7),
Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal'Meridian in

Saline County, Kansas, is hereby vacated and the title to said land shall revert to the
owners of the land adjacent thereto in accordance with the provisions of K.S.A. 13-433•

Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city paper.
