AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING OF A PORTION OF THE ALLEY LOCATED BETWEEN
SECOND STREET AND FRONT STREET IN BLOCK SIX IN HUTCHINSON ADDITION TO THE CITY OF SALINA,
SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That the North One Hundred Twelve (112) feet of the vacated alley located
between Second Street and Front Street, from the south line of Wilson Street to the south
lines of Lots Three (3) and Four (4), Block Six (6), in Hutchinson's Addition to the City of
Salina be and the same is hereby re -opened to the general public for use as a public alley.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its

adoption and publication in the official city paper.
