A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FROM THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS TO SALINA SUPPLY
COMPANY RELINQUISHING THE CITY'S RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN A
TEN (10) FOOT BY ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY AND FIVE TENTHS (170.5) FOOT
STRIP OF LAND ADJACENT TO A VACATED ALLEY BETWEEN SANTA FE
AVENUE AND NORTH FIFTH STREET NORTH OF ELM STREET.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Quit
Claim Deed from the City of Salina, Kansas to Salina Supply Company
relinquishing the City's right, title and interest in a ten (10) foot by one
hundred seventy and five tenths (170.5) foot strip of land adjacent to a
vacated alley between Santa Fe Avenue and North Fifth Street north of Elm
Street.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
26th day of September, 1994.
