7030 AnnexationCONSOLIDATED -SAUNA 1 ORDINANCE NO. 7030 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITYIOF SALINA, KANSAS, IPJ CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A.11967 Supp. I 12-520. I BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS: Section 1. That the following described land,ito wit: Tract One: A tract of land located in the South- east Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section One (1), Township j Fourteen South (T 14S), Range Three West (R 3W) of Sixth Principal Meridian described as follows: i Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southeast j Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section One (1), also being the center line of Pacific Avenue and Front Street thence East along the south line of said Quarter Section Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty Feet more or less 24401) to a point which is Two Hundred Feet (2001) East of the Southeast corner of said section, thence North Two Hundred Feet (200') thence East Two Hundred Feet (200') to a point which is on the east line of Sectio One (1) and Two Hundred Feet (2001) North of the Southeast corner of said section, thence North on the East line of Section One (1), One Hundred Feet (1001) to a point Three Hundred Feet (3001) North of the Southeast corner j of said Section One (1), thence West and parallel with j the south line of said section, and Three Hundred Feet (3001) North a distance of Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Feet more or less (26401) to a point on the West line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section One (1), thence South Three Hundred Feet (3001) to point of beginning, containing Seventeen and Seventy-two One- i hundredths Acres more or less (17.72A). (.46A). meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A. 1967 Supp. 12-520 is hereby annexed and made a part of i the City of Salina, Kansas. i Section 2. That upon the recommendation of the Salina City Planning Commission Tract Number One of the above described land shall be classified as District "F" (Light Industrial District) and so designated on the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas.
