AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY
KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A.
12-520.
OF SALINA,
1967 Supp.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That the following described land,lto-wit:
Tract One: A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter
(SW/4) of Section Eight (8), Township Fourteen South (T.14S)
Range Two West (R.2W) of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in
Saline County, Kansas, along the South line of said Quarter
Section, described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the Southwest corner of
said Section Eight (8), Township Fourteen Sout (T.14S),
Range Two West (R.2W), and the intersection of Marymount
Road and Country Club Road, thence East on the South section
line of Section Eight (8) a distance of Two Thousand Six
Hundred Ten Feet more or less (2610'±) to a point on said
line which is Thirty Feet (30') West of the Southeast corner
of said Quarter Section, thence North Thirty Feet (30') to
the North line of Country Club Road, thence North Two Hundred
Feet (2001) to a point Thirty Feet (30') West of the East
line of said Quarter Section, thence West and parallel with
the South line of said Quarter Section to a point on the
West line of said Section Eight (8) a distance of Two Thous-
and Six Hundred Ten Feet more or less (2610'±), thence South
along said West line of said section Two Hundr d Feet (200')
to a point on said line and the North line of ountry Club
Road thence continuing South Thirty Feet (30') to point of
beginning, containing Thirteen and Seven -tenth Acres more
or less (13.7A±) .
