ORDINANCE NUMBER 7026
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE LICENSE FEE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF A PUBLIC DANCE
PERMIT WITHIN THE CITY OF SALINA; AMENDING SEC. 7-50(3) AND REPEALING'SAID ORIGINAL
SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,'KANSAS:
Section 1. That Sec. 7-50(3) of The Salina Code is hereby mended to read as
follows:
Sec. 7-50(3). For a single day or night ..... $10.00.'
Section 2. Sec. 7-50(3) of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
