7025 Entertainment PermitCONSOLIDATED-SALINA i 1 (First Published in The Salina Journal Dfee_,h,_r 19 67) ORDINANCE NUMBER 7025 AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR AN ENTERTAINMENT PERMIT IN A CAFE IN A LOCAL BUSINESS ZONE, AMENDING SEC. 7-91, AND REPEALING THE ORIGINAL SECTION. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA,'KANSAS: Section 1. That Sec. 7-91 of The Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: Sec. 7-91. License required in Zone D; fee; expiration; transferability. It shall be unlawful for any person to provide entertainment in a restaurant, cafe or cafeteria in any place in the city in alb area zoned as Zone "D", Local Business, without first securing alllicense therefor as in this article provided, and paying a license Ifee in the amount of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per year or fraction thereof. Such license when issued shall expire on the last day of December next after the same is issued, and shall be nonass'gnable and nontransferrable, and shall be issued only to individuals and not to corporations. Section 2. Sec. 7-91 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
