ORDINANCE NUMBER 7023
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LICENSE FEE FOR THE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
MOBILE HOME COURT, AMENDING SECTION 21-23 of THE SALINA CODE AND REPEALING SAID ORIGINAL
SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, 9ANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 21-23 of The Salina Code is hereby emended to read as
follows:
Section 21-23. License Fee.
Each application for a mobile home court license shall be accompanied
by a license fee of $1.00 per occupied area unit for each calendar
year quarter or any part thereof. The license fee shall be payable
on or before the first day of January, April, July, and October of
each year. For the purpose of this section, the number of occupied
units shall be determined as being those units occupied by a mobile
home on the last day of the calendar year quarter immediately
preceding the date of applications for said license.
Section 2. Section 21-23 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from'and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
