ORDINANCE NUMBER 7022
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE RETAIL LICENSE FEE FOR A GENERAL RETAILER OF
CEREAL MALT BEVERAGES: AMENDING Section 6-37 OF THE SALINA CODE, AND REPEALING THE
ORIGINAL SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 6-37 of The Salina Code is hereby ''amended to read
as follows:
Section 6-37. Retail License Fee Established: There ''are
hereby prescribed retail license fees as follows:
Section 6-37(1). General Retailer for each place of business,

One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per calendar year.

Section 6-37(2). Retailer for Consumption off the Premises
for each place of business, Fifty Dollars ($50.00) per calendar year.

Section 2. Section 6-37 of The Salina Code is hereby repealed.

Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its
adoption and publication in the official city newspaper.
