A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND CAMP
DRESSER & MC KEE, INC. FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND
CONSULTING SERVICES FOR ADDITIONAL MONITORING AND SUPPLEMENTAL
SITE ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES FOR THE CITY OF SALINA MUNICIPAL SOLID
WASTE LANDFILL IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND NI
SEVENTY DOLLARS ($64,970).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
contract
amendment between
the City of
Salina, Kansas
and Camp
Dresser &
McKee,
Inc. for professional
engineering
and consulting
services for
additional
monitoring and supplemental site assessment activities for the City of Salina
Municipal Solid Waste Landfill in an amount not to exceed sixty-four thousand
nine hundred seventy dollars ($64,970).
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
12th day of September, 1994.
