A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS
AND WILSON & COMPANY, ENGINEERS & ARCHITECTS, FOR PROFESSIONAL
ENGINEERING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE FILTER PRESS FACILITY
AT THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS
($119,490).
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 between the City of Salina, Kansas and Wilson &
Company, Engineers & Architects, for professional engineering services in
connection with the filter press facility at the wastewater treatment plant in
an amount not to exceed $119,490.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
12th day of September, 1994.
