Explanation:To add in a specific number of purchase requests that can be submitted by a patron monthly.Because we receive
hundreds of requests per year,and we have budget limitations,we are looking to set up parameters for purchase requests.

Patrons are limited to 4 requests per calendar month so we can ensure that everyone in the community has the opportunity to
make recommendations.

EXPECTATIONS-003:SCHEDULE
Explanation:To clarify wording on lunch/dinner breaks to match 15 minute breaks.
Breaks
Staff assigned shifts of four to six hours may receive one fifteen minute break that works within department scheduling.Staff
assigned shifts of seven or more hours may receive up to two fifteen minute breaks.Breaks may not be added together to make
one thirty minute break,nor can rest time be added to lunch/dinner break,or used to postpone the employee's arrival time or
hasten departure time.Breaks may not be used to make up time missed from regularly scheduled working hours,or used in lieu
of vacation time.Breaks are scheduled appropriately with the discretion of the Department Head or Manager.
Lunch/Dinner Break
Staff assigned to eight hours are entitled to provided a 1 hour lunch or dinner break that works within department scheduling.
An employee does not receive pay for lunch or dinner break time.No work should be performed during this period.Breaks are
scheduled appropriately with the discretion of the Department Head or Manager.
