A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF UTILITIES TO
EXECUTE TWO AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND
HABCO, INC. AND STRAUB INTERNATIONAL, INC. FOR WATER AND
SANITARY SEWER CONNECTION AND CONSENT TO FUTURE ANNEXATION.
Kansas:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Section 1. That the Director of Utilities is hereby authorized to
execute two agreements between the City of Salina, Kansas and HABCO, Inc.
and Straub International, Inc. for water and sanitary sewer connection and
consent to future annexation.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
7th day of November, 1994.
