A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOF
VACATION OF DILLINGHAM AVENUE, WEST OF LOT SIX (6), BROWN ANI;
BROWN ADDITION LOCATED BETWEEN NORTH STREET AND HENSLEY STREET
IN THE CITY OF SALINA, SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed in the Office of the City Clerk
by Peter R. Martin on behalf of Brown and Brown, Inc., petitioner, requesting
the vacation of Dillingham Avenue, West of Lot Six (6) , Brown and Brown
Addition located between North Street and Hensley Street in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give public
notice as required by K.S.A. 12-504 stating that a petition has been filed for
the vacation of Dillingham Avenue, West of Lot Six (6) , Brown and Brown
Addition located between North Street and Hensley Street in the City of Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, and stating that the petition will be presented to the
Governing Body of the City for a hearing on November 28, 1994, and that at
such time and place all persons interested can appear and be heard under the
petition.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
14th day of November, 1994.
