A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT TO THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT NUMBER
CD -42989, AUDIT NUMBER 108855, BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS
AND UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY FOR PIPELINE ENCROACHMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a
supplemental agreement to the original agreement number CD -42989, audit
number 108855, between the City of Salina, Kansas and Union Pacific Railroad
Company for pipeline encroachment.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the Mayor this
14th day of November, 1994.
